Presenter Instructions and BIO Submissions

BIO Submission for presenting authors.

We invite to all the contribution presenters to send a brief BIO through the following form.

Instructions for presentations.

Oral Presentations. 

Authors should meet, in their assigned room, with our staff to assist for your presentation 20 minutes prior the beginning of every session.

​

Computer and HDMI connection will be available on every classroom. Please,  bring your presentation on a USB memory stick.

  • Standard talks will last 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion.

  • Keynote presentations will last 25 minutes plus 5 more for discussion.

​

The chairmen will moderate the presentations and Q&A times, ensuring smooth transitions between speakers. We kindly ask the chairs to be in the room 10 minutes before the sessions start.
