Instructions for presentations.

Oral Presentations. 

Authors should meet, in their assigned classroom, with our staff to assist for your presentation 20 minutes prior the beginning of every session.

​

Computer and HDMI connection will be available on every classroom. Please,  bring your presentation on a USB memory stick.

• Standard talks will last 15 minutes plus 5 minutes for discussion.

• Keynote presentations will last 25 minutes plus 5 more for discussion.

​

The chairmen will moderate the presentations and Q&A times, ensuring smooth transitions between speakers. We kindly ask the chairs to be in the room 10 minutes before the sessions start.

Poster Presentations.

Poster sessions will take place every day (Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) Sep 4-6th, from 13:00 to 14:20. 

​

The boards will be located in the main hall (Auditorium entrance) and they will be numbered with the corresponding abstract ID.

​

Posters will remain on exhibition during the whole conference- Notice that authors who are eligible for the MDPI Journal Awards, should be available for the evaluation committee during the poster sessios.
