Registration Fees :

Presenting authors must be registered before July 1st, 2026

Conference registration includes: Electronic abstract by Trans Tech Publications (Scientific.net), attendace at conference sessions, coffee breaks, luncheons, welcome reception and the conference dinner.

Important information:

* Proof of student eligibility. If you want to take advantage of the Student category you need to:

  • Provide proof of student eligibility by e-mailing a copy of your student status certificate or ID card to info@pmti2026.com in advance of the conference, AND

  • Bring your original student status certificate letter or ID card when you pick up your conference documents at the registration desk.

 

Both actions are mandatory to be eligible for a student registration. If you do not provide the student status documentation you will be charged the full registration rate.

** This category applies to accompanying persons of registered delegates, as well as individuals who wish to attend the conference without presenting a paper. The fee includes access to the welcome reception, conference dinner, and the scheduled visit (to be announced). Participants under this category are welcome to attend conference sessions as observers; however, they are not permitted to present papers.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Cancellations made before July 1st, 2026 will be eligible for a 50% refund of the registration fee.

  • Cancellations made on or after July 1st, 2026 and before August 30th, 2026 will be eligible for a 20% refund of the registration fee.

  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made on or after August 30th, 2026.
